Unfortunately, there is currently no DVG test methodology available for determining efficacy against Giardia.

Promoting Giardia efficacy of individual products with reference to a DVG listing or to efficacy testing in DVG laboratories is therefore misleading/abusive and not permitted.

DVG will reserve the right to take judicial action, especially if the respective disinfectants do not have a DVG listing for animal husbandry or for veterinary practice for any other area of application either, and the products therefore do not meet DVG's efficacy criteria for chemical disinfectants.
